Beginner's Chicken Class

Service Description

Educational class on how to raise backyard chickens. Topics will include selecting breeds, safe egg handling, incubating and hatching chicks, predator protection, nutrition, housing and answers to commonly asked questions. We will tour the chicken area on our homestead so wear appropriate closed toe shoes. Please fill out the hold harmless agreement found under the Book Class/Tour Tab and in the sub-menu titled forms. They can be emailed to serenityoakshomestead@yahoo.com or printed out and brought with you. Alternatively, they are available to be filled out at the farm. Each participant must have a form signed and filled out. Cost is per participant.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Guests may reschedule to a different date (if available) if at least 48 hours notice is given. Refunds will not be issued. Cancellations by the farm will be refunded or rescheduled based on guest preference and availablility.
